Consultation on Child and Adult Weight Management Services in Sheffield

17 Feb

We are consulting, on behalf of the Public Health Team, around the weight management services available in Sheffield. These are Weigh Ahead (adults), Community Dietetic Service and Zest Child Weight Management Service (children).

Weight management services support adults and children (and their families) who are overweight to help them change behaviour, adopt a healthier lifestyle and achieve a healthier weight for life. This support includes healthy eating and physical activity programmes, and emotional support.

You can complete the survey, which takes 5-10 minutes, here:

The deadline for completion is Friday 28 February 2014.

We would greatly appreciate you sharing the survey with your friends, family and colleagues – either via forwarding this email or posting it on any websites or blogs you have. We have also posted it on Facebook and Twitter so please share / retweet it to give more people the chance to have their say.

Apologies to anyone receiving this email twice; there is some duplication on my distribution lists.
